Where's Abby - Day 3

I am actually posting this on Day 4, but who cares right!!?? Day 3 was interesting - after the fun - or unusual - adventure at the pottery place we chilled out, had lunch, relaxed and just enjoyed the quiet. We went to dinner at Murphy's Chophouse, located in town. It is more of an upscale place with white table cloths and actual cloth napkins! It is not basic food, it's a tad more fancy, and of course pricey. But we figured we're on vacation so what the heck. My husband had their seafood platter which consisted of a small lobster tail and six shrimp in a lemon butter sauce - enough butter that Paula Deen would be happy for sure. There were two 'crab cakes' that that were neither cakes (they were round balls) or very crabby - it was all breading. He had some kind of cheese potato wedges and the house veggie which is something else we had no clue what it contained other than tiny tiny pieces of veggies that were unidentifiable. As you can see from the photo I had the prime rib. I was hesitant to order it since the description said roasted in a garlic/herb mixture. I am glad I went for it, there wasn't even the slightest taste of garlic. I'm not sure why southern restaurants like to add garlic to Prime Rib - it's not necessary really. The PR was perfectly cooked and absolutely delish! I was so glad I took the chance. I had a baked potato and that same veggie mix that I didn't eat. I did manage to save some meat for Ruby's doggie bag and she was quite happy with it! We have a few things on the agenda for today but right now I am enjoying the quiet and the beautiful sunrise.
