Good morning, dear friends. After almost a week of staying at my daughter´s house, I got acostumed to going to bed earlier and to an alarm set VERY early in the morning so that sleepy children got ready for school.
So today I went to bed early and sleepy, but I woke up early too. I watched TV for a while, but later I got my TV to bed and I´m mylotting here.
At what time do you wake up? Do you stay in bed for a while? I do, as there´s not much to do at home in the morning and my bed is cozy.

I never could do that, not even as a child. My father had to drag me out of bed to go to school. But I can stay up until very late.

No I cannot bear to stay in bed.
I have to get up.
So I get up very early usually unless I am deathly ill.

@TiarasOceanView When I helped my husband, he came from his job, gave me work to do and kept me company dozing while I did it mostly at night.

I had been staying up all night. I am a night person anyway. I get up at 5a. to make sure my daughter gets up so she can get her son up and out to catch the bus by 6:18a. Today is the last day we will have to get so early for several months. All three of us take medications that make it very difficult to wake up so we help each other getting up. Now we won't have to for a while.

I usually stay up until 1 AM. Now, almost in winter, I go to bed around midnight. But Leticia doesn´t arrive until 10 AM and we breakfast together. So, why get up before!

In my case it depends on the season of the year. In summer, days are so much longer and the sun comes up early. But now, we have shorter days and that means coler days too.

@Juliaacv In winter as now, I love to get into bed. I have an electric blanket and a duvet.

@marguicha And with us during the winter, our days have less sunlight and I actually tend to wake earlier.

I woke up much earlier when my husband was alive. And I had never had a nap until my chemo.

What are you watching?
And it depends, sometimes I'm up between five and six, and sometimes I go back to bed and dont get up till after eight. This morning I woke at 430, 530 and 8, and finally got out of bed at 830.

Now that I have Netflix, I mostly watch movies. But n the morning, when I´m not fully awake, I watch CSI reruns.

I just follow whatever my body needs to do, if I'm sleepy I go to bed and I wake up after I've gotten about 6 hours sleep, I rarely follow a schedule unless I make arrangements to meet with someone the next day, those times are rare thankfully.

The only real schedule I have is during the week. Leticia arrives at !0 with no breakfast and after being in a crammed bus for around 2 hours. So we have a nice breakfast together.

I am a poor sleeper and last night was typical in waking up on and off through the night.
