Most people thought was a terrorist at first when it was aired on the news, but it was not they thought it was. As investigation went further, turns out it was a foreigner who used to gamble over there.
But what really shocked me was that this guy got in with an Baby armalite, killed himself by fire. And the smoke killed at least 30 people, turns out they didn't evacuate properly and chose to hide instead. These people died in suffocation.
I still can't believe no one took a clear photo of this guy, they still can't identify him. Witnesses saw this guy in the stairs but he never fired on them, but he was shooting right up.
Gunfire, Explosions The shooting took place at Resorts World Manila in Pasay City, Philippines, around midnight local time.

It was not a terror attack in the truest sense or one carried out by extremist, a simple case of losing your house, farm, money and family because of gamblng addiction.

He is a crazy sour casino loser, I bet he lost his house and all his possessions gambling, it's sad he took a lot of innocent people with him.

@Letranknight2015 they must have panicked cause the first thing that would come to your mind is Marawi and ISIS, so they hid not wanting to be shot while trying to escape
Seems like my first response is exactly what the investgation proved
.
The people should have crawled, it also pays to have a flashlight, that's why I always carry a small but very bright tactical one in my pocket or key chain

Hello @louievill they didn't have to die if they had evacuated instead of taking shelter while the smoke was coming out.

May his soul rest in peace but I really don't know if it can rest in peace. What was his nationality?

I will be honest and say your country is scaring me, Duerte seems to be adding a lot of violence and creating more deaths than that of what would occur naturally if no one touched it all. There is a fine line and pretty sure a iron fist makes people rise up with iron. That being said, glad this was not terrorist activity for as far as we know.

@Letranknight2015 Safe Areas, but not exactly protecting the vulnerable there. Follow the money with the corrupt but have high security or might die. The poor, no one cares about and the corrupt can get away with making people disappear. Sad, but true, and still have not seen many defend that today this day and only getting worst with as time goes by.

That is what the media does, scare people make it more exagerrating because they hate our current President @crossbones27 Scary news sells. But don't let it bother you because there are beautiful and safe areas here.
