Hey everyone! I hope your day is off to a good start. It is a gorgeous sunny day here at the Jersey Shore with a current temperature of 71 degrees F.
I slept in again today and it was wonderful. That 5am alarm clock is going to be a shock tomorrow! Oh well, we are coming to the end of them very quickly. Only like 13 days left I think.
I have a lot of meal prep and cooking to do today. Lunches, pesto lasagna, and porchetta are on the agenda. We shall see how much I actually accomplish. The porchetta takes 5 hours to roast so if we go out to lunch that will make it tough to get done. Stay tuned!

We went to the community meal that one of the local churches does every Sunday.

@NJChicaa - No, we go once in awhile. If nothing else, just to talk to people that aren't in a bar.

My day was good. I went to beach and from there to church in the evening...now it's sleeping time.

I was gone working all day yesterday, so today I am gonna take it easy. I think I may go swimming as it is a 'swimming kind of day"

It is a good one. Different from your traditional red sauce and meat lasagna.
