Do you use Deodorant or avoid it?

I avoid using deodorant but concentrate on personal hygiene. Luckily I have no tendency of over perspiration unless it's too humid. I also feel lucky that I have no bad body odor (as much as I know). What do you say, do you think deodorant is perfect solution of everything or it helps you temporarily?

Even I use to be hygiene. But honestly its too hot weather right now, so can't avoid sweat at all. So when there is sweat it will going effect even little. So yes deo in this way is helpful. I am regular user of it from starting so don't know how it feels without it. By the way, good to see you after long.

I doubt how it can help if the person is not caring on personal hygiene. I don't use but I am careful on hygiene in other ways.

I use deodorant, mild fragrance ones. I helps us to feel fresh, especially in humid climate where I live, people sitting near me also feel good if I don't smell bad

I use a nivea roll on deo. It's pretty hot here and can get sweaty. I also use a spray deo at times.

People here who don't use deodorant smell. It's never advisable to leave in this country without using a deo. But I don't use the ones sold commercially as they have chemicals that my body doesn't agree with. I use organic ones.

@suni51 I mean organic and not only herbal or natural. Herbal uses herbs only but that doesn't mean the herbs are organic.

How do you know you have no bad body odor? Only other people can tell you whether you have it or not. But I guess most of your friends don't want to embarrass you, that's why they never tell it direct to you.

I hear antiperspirants are not very healthy. But I use regular deodorants. Actually, when it is super hot and we can`t avoid sweating we should only take showers and refresh ourselves using wet wipes. Deodorants and perfumes should be applied to clean or at least dry body to avoid unpleasant mix of body odor and deodorant scent.
