Excluding the problems of the world?

If you had the choice to exclude one of the millions of problems that exist in the world... Which would you exclude and why? I would put an end to hunger because it is very sad to see the number of people dying because of it.

Hunger and poverty and illness. I would like to see them vanished away forever.
