@AbbyGreenhill I have it on good authority that the students at the school I'm going to are not nearly as dysfunctional as the ones I'm leaving behind.

@DWDavis so you are still a teacher, not much change. 4th grade catholic school we put the nun in the mental institution and a few years later we did it to two more...and you thought catholic school would be easier LOL!

@DWDavis what works for me... I always ask them to give me a friends point of view (not as a Boss). We always leave for something better, so kinda puts them in a corner (how could they not support leaving).
Gives them a feeling of control, protects reference and enables a calmer notice period.
