Hi all. I don't know if all of you here are interested in the topic of dental plaque but when that forms it can be really nasty to our mouth.
That plaque is named tartar or calculus and it can be removed by a dentist or by brushing your teeth with salt or with baking soda or lemon juice.
It can be uncomfortable when the dentist removes the calculus but it shall be very satisfying afterwards.
How do you remove calculus? Or you never even think about it and ignore it?

That is why you go to the dentist - to have your teeth cleaned.

Try baking soda on your toothbrush and a bit of salt if you like. That is a good remover.
