Spayed and Neutered Laws??

With the animal population getting out of control, do you think there should be laws for having your pets spayed/neutered??

I think it would be a good idea, but lots of people cant afford it, they would have to set up clinics for the people that need assistance.

no b/c some pole like to breed only once and then spay or neuter so thats ok too

I guess breeding just once wouldn't be as much of a problem as some of the people who breed multiple times.

Yes there should be a law for having your pet spayed and neutered. I realize some people may want to breed their animal but there are so many dogs and cats mistreated each year. People who don't want their pet abandon them and they usually end of starving or fighting to survive.

It's so sad..that's why I think drastic measures need to be taken.
