It's important what one thinks. What one keeps in their mind. "The mind is precious" and there must be positive thinking going on in order to keep a healthy mind. That's why it's encourage to read informative and positive material. The negativity can stay in one's mind a long time if there are no positives entering the mind. There are some who will try to supply negative words and actions seeking a reaction. To avoid behaving erratic one will need to quickly think of something positive before reacting. There will be times when reactions occur even when the positive thoughts have entered. That's why it's important to get control of our emotions. Some will constantly try to project negative communications and words because of the desire to sabotage. "Continue to think positively no matter what occurs." It's about what we choose to believe. If we allow others to take control of our thoughts then there can be a breakdown within the mind causing mental distress. To stay mentally sane one will need to remove some of the areas which cause distress. Including any individuals who are continuously trying to alter perceptions. The thoughts should include soothing and inspirational messages. To be at peace within the mind is a blessing. "Blessed Through Continuous Prayer." By: Tanikka Paulk

Honestly, I share with you the positive thinkings are the source of a healthy life. Negative thinkings become more awful, mainly our mental and psychic health. That's we need getting rid of thes awful ideas and replace them by positive thinkings.
