Training an Xl Bully Pit...

To start I want to say that I don't have a lot of experience with training I know the basics and that about it. I recently acquired an xl bully pit from a woman on facebook. We were told he was a stray, that she had been feeding him for 2 weeks and looking for his owners and no one had came foward. When we picked him he was so underweight that you could see his bones. His nails however, were professionally groomed. He knOwsley how to walk on a leash and knows basic commands. She told us he was house broken but yet she had been keeping him outside because she didn't want a fight between him and her own dogs. He had no fleas (which in our area, sand fleas are rampant and impossible to get rid of), He has scars on his snout where it looks like someone at some point had wired his snout shut. He does great in the car is great around other animals, kids, people, etc. He isn't food or toy aggressive. He isn't neutered. I have a 6 1/2 year old blue nose female who is spayed. Here's the issues He eats everything, toys toilet paper, bras, collars, leashes, plastic, sponges, walls, sticks, you name it he eats it. He won't stay out of the garbage. He won't stop using the bathroom in the house He doesn't let us know when he has to go out. He barks at everything outside(including the neighbors TV flashing) And probably the worst part is he won't stop attempting to procreate with my other dog. She isn't mean but she doesn't tolerate it either. We bought him a shock collar 3 days ago, despite my reservations, and he doesn't even respond to that half the time. I am really at a loss as of how to go about breaking his bad habits.
