Help! I can't access Paypal :(

I have a very fast internet connection so I don't know what is wrong with Paypal. i am getting this error:
This site can’t be reached
paypal.com refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
I don't know if I am the only one who experiences this crap. I need to pay some Utility bills and I can't without Paypal. Also I want to buy something at Amazon. Their customer service hasn't made a response for 2 days. Am I the only one who can't access Paypal?

I am not getting this error and can log in fine as usual Albert...sorry I hope it will work soon I don't know how to fix it.

Their owner have the funds to help Hulk Hogan with his lawsuit and fund Mars colonization but they cant fix their servers.

So, because of the error you couldn't access your paypal and got disconnected? I wonder if your paypal is working now. Because i check mine it seemed working.

My internet connection got cut because of them. I have to visit the main office of my isp to pay my bills.
