From last couple of days I was observing pain in my lower back and my left leg and some numbness in leg as well. Today i found the term for this, it is called "Sciatica". It hampered my usual walk in the morning for two three days. Now I have learnt new yoga postures to get curb of it . I But being precarious avoiding extra heroism... hopefully i will be normal as soon as possible. I dont want to miss my walks

yes already getting much better, only fraction is remaining. actually, thing is we (general people) keep on suffering without looking causes and cure of issues, and when conditions worsens only then take care. cure is very issue for this issue, when I started it religiously... I am on much better condition in just 2 days time, and hopefully within one week will get rid of the issue

I think the most common part to be affected in the lower back. It is better to have a check up, my friend.

@spaceseed I guess you need to consult a physiotherapist, too. They can give you the proper body mechanics to refrain from having low back pain.

I had that problem many years ago when my kids were little. So I know the pain you're feeling and hope it goes away soon so you can get back to walking.
