I just want to write this because thought it was one of the coolest things I ever did see. I am never going to be that company guy, never going to be that guy that defends the institution.
Most by know I am punk rock and that is just bad business for my image. 
That being said, one of the coolest T-shirts came from the United States Marine Corps. Wonder if they still do this?
When promoted to a leadership position.When we would do physical Training some would were T-shirts that Used to say "Leader of Marines".... Corporal or Sergeant of United States Marine Corps.
Went all the way up to Sergent Major I think. I do not now why, but maybe the fact it was so hard, always respected that. See, I can play nice.

Cool shirt. Our PT shirts just read "ARMY." And everyone had the same shirt, for some reason.

It is no joke to train and succeed in the Marines.
Much credit due you Crossbones. Some very tough people in there.
