Change of schedule…

My ‘tropang prenship (troop of friends) will have a reunion this 4PM in one of the food houses here, Boodle Queen. I contacted all of my colleagues (the patronizing colleague was informed by another colleague, CC) and they answered in the affirmative except one who is now in her hometown, in far north.
Then I asked them if they received new information about our schedule of orientation and start of duty. Colleague CC texted me that level 3 will start on July 27, and level 4 on July 24. I replied that the clinical coordinator said level 4 duty begins on August.
I texted our coordinator to confirm when will our duty start. She said level 4 will start on July 24; orientation will be on the 19th.
There is a change of schedule and yet our clinical coordinator did not inform us all. I guess she is too busy with her activities in school (but she still should).

yes, that is why i will be out of the site this afternoon. i will share the reunion activities here, and share some pictures as well.

yes, but i think she will inform us all through text message when the date is nearing. the text should be final and formally prepared, so all of us should receive it before the 19th

the renion is us, part-time clinical preceptors. the one who will 'pay for whatever expenses will be incurred' is a colleague who works abroad. she was the one who asked for reunion.

@ridingbet It's not at all a good habit to delegate the others to share an important matter like a change of schedule.

@LadyDuck i agree a hundred percent my friend. just like that quote from Spiderman, "with great power comes great responsibility", i hope she will not stare blankly again as what she always does when the load in her shoulder is not bearable.

if i did not verify from her, i don't think she will text me about that change of schedule.
before, she hinted that we, part-time instructors, should share to others if one receives a text about our duty. we have a promo of unlimited texts in mobile phone companies here, but even though we are subscribed, it is not a reason for her to delegate her responsibility to us part timers.

yes, my friend. when we left last night, we made an agreement that we share to each other if a text message about the orientation will be sent by the clinical coordinator to any one among us.
but even then, it is the responsibility of the coordinator to inform us, because we are part time instructors only.

the boodle was not good, my dear. the chicken was under-cooked, the sausage (longganisa) were also under-cooked, the java rice was cold and had some "tutong", and even the hand washing liquid was not foamy as well. hahaha! that will be our first and last time to eat there.
