My mother has started a gluten free diet due to stomach problems she has had problems with her stomach since forever. Have any of you tried going gluten free?

My son-in-law started many years ago because of severe stomach problems, but does well now on a gluten free diet. Fortunately for your mom, many more gluten free foods are available now. Hope that will help her.
