Diary Saturday 1st July 2017
A new month as we plunged into the second half of the year, and after paying some bills I went to the local community centre for the day to help with their annual open day, where, in conjunction with local schools and churches, we had stalls, and various family friendly event including street dancing, a ukulele band and a dog-training demonstration. There were climbing walls, bouncy castles and face painting stalls.
I helped prepare stalls and took a few photos but mainly handed out leaflets for the community centre’s events and sold raffle tickets for prizes too before helping take down stalls when the lovey events finished.
Diary Sunday 2nd July 2017
A library job search and food / drink gathering day. Did pre-historic hunter/gatherers have such an easy search as making a trip to the local convenience store? I love the library opening on Sundays here.
Diary Monday 3rd July 2017
I had an agency interview this morning and after a very long application form completion project I was presented with job details but for a quite skilled injection moulding role in a factory for which I am grossly underqualified.
I headed to the library to job search online and discovered to my shock that my main data-stick, or flash drive as they are often called, has become corrupted and won’t work any more. I have a lot of files trapped on there and I hope I can find a way to rescue them. A few writings may now need to be started again from scratch.
I caught up with various projects at home for the remainder of the day.

Nice the library opens now on Sunday.

@TiarasOceanView I didn't buy a ticket. It is quite big for my small flat and it might not look good if the guy helping sell tickets wins the star prize

I don't keep anything on memory sticks anymore. Everything gets instantly uploaded to Dropbox. I hope you can recover your bits!
