Morning everyone! How is the weather? Had your breakfast already? What did you had today? Today, we decided to dine out for morning breakfast at the nearby coffee shop. One of the stall that was open at 6.30am in the morning when the sky was still pitch black was the Dim Sum stall. There were hot steaming buns and dim sum in the huge steamer. We were waiting for the dim sum to heat up since we saw the stall owner took the frozen food from the freezer. Those dim sum and buns were not self made. All were factory bought. Anyway, 30minutes later, we order a few dim sum ranging from prawn dim sum, minced pork dim sum, chicken meat dim sum, congee, carrot cake and a pot of hot Chinese Tea. Those delicious food were a bit salty, so it is best to drink hot Chinese tea to flush out the salt and excess fats. When was the last time you had Dim Sum? picture belonged and taken by @peachpurple
