I recently wrote about some returns I have to make. It's not the first time that I've bought something online that didn't meet my expectations when I got them and usually when I make returns I do not have to pay postage and usually when I buy it's on sites by Walmart, Target, Kmart or Sears. So far I've only had to make returns on 2 sites, first was Walmart, they weren't a problem and 2nd was Kmart, they weren't a problem either.
Not so with Blair, they do NOT have a free return policy, so now I'm out the postage. They will charge me $9.99 if I use their label to make returns so I'm going to USPS tomorrow to see if they're cheaper, I feel like they ripped me off but at least now I know better. Never buy from Blair.
Do you have to pay for returns? Does Amazon charge for returns?
OH, that's my sweet Gracie using sweet Sophie as a pillow, I'll never forget them.

I have not shopped from Blair, but so far all my online purchases which I end up returning always come with their own return label and postage free of charge. I am very particular about return policies and that is the first thing that I look for whenever I am shopping online on a new store. Thanks for the head's up about Blair.

I should have thought of that before I bought the stuff so to me this is simply a learning curb. You're welcome.

Can be quite unsettling when not receiving the proper treatment from businesses. Hopefully all will work out and there will be no more returns or at least any returns which offer any stress. Walmart a great to shop on and offline. Blessings.

It just ticks me off that all those years ago mom shopped Blair and was quite happy with what she go plus she never had a problem with returns. But they want to charge me $10 for shipping and handling.

Beautiful dogs. I rarely return anything as I'm a persnickety shopper and take forever to decide. Amazon was great though the one time I got a faulty item.

Thank you, they were as sweet as they were beautiful
I don't usually have a problem if I stick with Walmart, Target or Kmart.

I do a lot but not so much clothes. Usually I stick with Walmart, Kmart and Target but like a fool I thought that because mom always bought from Blair and got good stuff that I could as well. I never asked if they charged a return fee though.

I've always associated Blair with junk mail, never bought anything from them, but fun to look through once in awhile

@rebelann lol, my mom did the Columbia House/BMG thing, they are out of business now, but I always liked the t shirt sales inserts. Pretty cool stuff back 20 odd years ago....

Yes, I spoke to their customer service twice and they sounded like they were reading a script @Shavkat I'll never buy from them again but now that I have those pants I'll keep them and maybe I'll actually lose a little weight and be able to wear them, I do like the fabric.

It is rare that it happens to me, I'm just ticked off that Blair is so damn stupid. Shouldn't size 20 petite be the same size as 20 woman's except for the length?
