I am. I like to snack on nuts, fruit, veggies, cheese, and an occasional cracker throughout the day. Rather than sit down and eat a regular meal, except dinner, I am eating a little here and a little there throughout the day. As long as I stick with healthy grazing and not cookies and donuts I am ok. I find that I eat less calories and feel better if I graze. Are you a grazer?

I am not really a grazer. I eat 3 meals a day and try not to snack in between

My husband feels the same way. I will put several different items on my plate and carry it from room to room to eat when I feel like it when he is home. I will make him a lunch and we do eat dinner together.

@HazySue As long as you are snacking on healthy things you do not have to worry

@Nawsheen absolutely. If I snacked on the sweets I would be the size of the side of a barn.

Just keep healthy snack handy in the fridge or cabinet. Once I got started on grazing I found it was perfect for my life style.

I'd like to be--even as far as dinner -- but now that Mom's feeling better, she's all about making lunch and dinner again. Just glad she's feeling better.

Mostly I am, but that is because I do not have a proper dining table to sit at to eat a proper meal. That makes a difference to me.

I have the table and all, we eat a dinner but during the day I really like to eat a little of this and a little of that.

I'd love to graze but don't dare. I do find that after breakfast at say 7, by 10 I am bottomed out and often grab peanut butter and a half bun. Many mornings by then I've been out wandering the place and watering etc. so maybe I just am truly hungry!

I found that grazing has kept my blood level at an even keel plus, a bonus was that I started losing weight.

I find myself running around a lot bouncing from project to project so grazing seems to be the best bet for me.

No, I am not a grazer, I only eat a salad for lunch and then I have nothing until dinner.

We eat breakfast, lunch and dinner - I don't snack during the day - but I am an evening snacker for sure.

I still snack some at night. I will have to quit doing that. I am trying to keep the snacks to apples and oranges.

It is more likely called grazing when you are eating little bits of healthy food every now and again.
