There Is Construction Everywhere

Waltham, Massachusetts

It seems like there is always construction happening everywhere. One place is being torn so that another can go up. Sometimes it is sad because the place can be nostalgic. Sometimes it may be something new and exciting. But it can be noisy, messy, inconvenient and disruptive when it happens. It can cause traffic delays. Does this happen for others?

Yes they are tearing up one main boulevard here for a couple years now and it has wreaked havoc on people.

Yes, there is always something being constructed around here too... No matter how hard they try to minimize the disruptions, there is always some form of inconvenience.

Our area seems to be in a perpetual state of construction and road work. Even here in my own driveway this week we are having construction done.

@melindataylor22 I'm in eastern NC but the road work I'm talking about is up around Raleigh. I moved home to NC 23 years ago and it seems the highways around Raleigh have been in a constant state of construction the entire time.
