Skipping meals?

It's obvious that skipping some meal is not a healthy habit, but millions of people do this as a way to increase their weight loss faster.
Well, Let's suppose that would be something healthy... Which meal would you skip and why?
I would skip my breakfast because it's the time of the day when I always feel less hungry.

I usually skip breakfast. Just not hungry first thing in the morning, when i do get up to have it

If I skip lunch it is because I got home late and it is too late to really want to eat anything and I am not really hungry. It has nothing to do with losing weight.

I skip breakfast as well, not hungry in the morning and a cup of tea will be sufficient

If i had to miss, i will miss dinner because i eat heavy snacks in the evening and not much hungry by dinner hour.

I skip lots of meals and normally only eat supper, but not to lose weight. I just don't care for food much. It also does not make me lose weight, I could only wish! lol I have to try make more of an effort to eat. I feel today I did good I ate all 3 meals for once. Not a lot but still ate. For me I would skip lunch more on purpose thou. I have 2 bananas in the morning so I can take my pills. I get busy during the day so I just don't think of eating much then. I always try to make a good supper for my husband and daughter no matter how I feel thou so I eat then too.

THEY say its not healthy to skip meals but I think poking your pie hole full when you dont even ant food is wrong. I am not a real breakfast eater either.

I would skip breakfast not because of weight or figure but because I am rushing.
