I was thinking of a convenient app for file transfer which I could transfer files on PC to phone.i use Android. I am still searching for one which would give me features like offline access too and transfer many files. So far one drive is best choice I think. But no offline access. So do you know any which would help many users like me.

Using Bluetooth is the fastest way to transfer files from Laptop to Android. However, some Personal Computers has no built in Bluetooth unlike laptops. So you can have a Bluetooth adapter into the US Port of your PC. You will need to pair it with the Mobile phone. Hope it helps.

You can do it the old way with an FTP client on both sides, by bluetooth or wi-fi. Wi-fi is faster. Configure a WPA2 hotspot/wi-fi access point on your phone (Look in connection and settings/more...), connect to it on the PC side and browse the files with a FTP client like Filezilla. You can also have a FTP client on the phone. I use the FTP feature of ES Explorer, you can create directly the hotspot with this software. With the Wi-Fi method you can connect several devices to the phone (phones/tablets/computers...) to exchange files with it. It is faster than to use an online cloud to do it, and does not consume data. If you prefer Bluetooth, it is a bit less easy because the Android BT stack lacks some features, but you can do it by installing an app like Medieval Bluetooth that will install a complete OBEX FTP protocol.
