Have You Ever Lived With a Roommate?
I have never lived with a roommate, but when I was newly married and my husband went to Basic Training in Texas for the U.S. Air Force, I had a high school friend, who stayed with me for about a month and a half.
The house my husband and I had rented was near the college that she was attending at the time and it was her idea to stay with me until I left in March to join my husband in Colorado.
We got along fine, but it was a very short time, way back in 1960. We are still in touch with each other after all these years, although I haven’t seen her since our 50th high school reunion in 2009.
I’ve been wanting to go back to West Virginia and visit some of my old friends who still live there and some of my cousins, too. I may go this FALL.

I'm glad you had a pleasant relationship when you lived together. Sometimes, another person is difficult to live with, I would imagine, especially if you have different personalities.

When I was a university student, I lived in a university dormitory with my best friend as my roommate and two other students who became our friends as well. It was pretty cool that we go along well with them.

That's great! Sometimes, roommates in school dormitories can be difficult to live with. It's good that you all got along well.
