The Bully is Gone!!!

That sign of relief

My daughter's company originally suspended the person she had filed the complaint about and sent a human resources attorney to the office to interview everyone she mentioned yesterday. One girl told them she was so thankful they were taking it seriously that she wasn't going to quit as she had planned. She even went to my daughter and thanked her for standing up for them. This has been terribly stressful for my daughter who even considered quitting herself. Now, the person who was suspended was apparently fired today which has really brought relief to all of his victims. I hope they carefully select the next person they hire, even perhaps hiring the man who quit a couple weeks back because of this problem employee. He was apparently a very good worker with high ethics. Only time will tell if they'd consider that option.

She is very relieved. You can see the difference in her face and hear it in her voice now that he's no longer something she has to deal with daily.

That's wonderful! I'm glad that justice is finally being served. Or at least a little justice.

I'm so happy she has an employer who takes their employees seriously instead of the tendency for corporations to see employees as expendable nuisances.

So am I. She's breathing so much easier now. She would come home every day with raging headaches.

That's good news for everybody. That person was really full of himself despite the suspension. He didn't do an effort to change.

They sure can! And, it makes employee morale bottom out when the person lowering the morale then blames the employees they're oppressing!

I am definitely glad to hear that they actually fired him. That's definitely good news for all the employees. It was really brave of your daughter to stand up and make the complaint.

Yes too many people get away with this type of thing. Good company to take action. Kudos to your daughter.

Don't be afraid to buy produce marked with their labeling "Taste Me; Do Good". They are a fair trade company and most of their produce is organic.

Her relief is visible and audible. Her entire demeanor has changed since last week. One person can destroy things for everyone else. Thank God someone listened and verified.

Sorry, I came in the middle here and what happened? I understand that there was someone that was horrible to everyone there and is your daughter one of the higher ups or what that she got involved?
