Growing my beard

I have taken to growing my beard as my coworkers have started showing their beard. They bought hair-growing oil from online shop. They said it took them around 3 months until the beard started to grow. Some people don't need any hair-growing oil at all. They have thick beard and mustache. Some others have taken great pains to grow it but not a single line of hair is seen yet. My other friend who has very thick beard as you see his photo here suggested using small black spider to be burned with candle nut and butter. Puree the burned material then apply it on your skin where you want the hair to grow. I haven't tried it as it is difficult to catch the black spider.
