This Fleeting Feeling

I woke up several hours ago feeling weird. I can't even really explain or describe it. Just a feeling of not being able to catch my breath or to breath right. My chest on the left side felt funny. No pain or anything. I have continued to feel this way. It is almost a feeling of dread. So weird a thing to have going on. I have to stop every once in a while and take a deep breath. I'm doing a series long and deep breathes right now and this seems to help me feel better. Only thing I can think of is that I may have had a weird dream. I hate that when I have a weird one and wake up feeling odd but can't recall what it was about.

I am thinking it might have been just that. It didn't make me cough or anything though.

@TiarasOceanView .....Sorry to hear you have this also. If I understood where it was coming from I could handle it better.

@celticeagle I hope the conditions in your area change quickly. It is awful when you can't breath because of smoke.

Could have been the weird dream indeed. The other night i woke up scratching my right arm vigorously and was thankful i didn't hurt myself. I was having a bad dream that i couldn't remember.

That is the worst. I hate that you can't remember them a lot of the time. Makes it so hard to reach a mental resolution.

I hope you're feeling better now. I used to have nightmares but thank goodness I don't have them now. They can leave you feeling dreadful.
