Happy Sunday evening. How is everyone? I did not go to church because I had fever and chills last night. At last Sydney the alpha male wannabee is no longer in his 'ovulation' period because he is at peace now with the other dogs here. But he is spreading his pee anywhere to show the others that he should be the alpha male. A few hours ago,I went out in our veranda and I saw Sydney pee at the wooden chair. And then Xander came, smelled the base of the chair and peed on top of Sydney 's pee. I guess these 2 dogs still battle for alpha male supremacy, don't you think so?

@ridingbet - Ms Ingrid - Aha - So, it is not only that chair those hounds dislike, They do not like parked cars and flower pots. -Gus-

no, i don't think they don't like the chair. both of them also pee on the wheels of the parked car, and even flower pots. one after the other, they battle for territories and supremacy.

Gus, Ingrid is right they are marking their territories. That is much animals do.

Or maybe they just want to copy the other and with peeing. or want to see who can pee the most.

no, i don't think so. they want supremacy, and who is more superior than the other. also, it is their way to manifest their territories in the house.

@ridingbet You are so right ingrid. They are marking their territories. Cats circle around things and do with their paw by marking their territory.

How do you remove the stink of the dog pee? I certainly would not want my pets to be peeing on my things.

just spraying it with soap suds, then Baygon, so the dogs won't pee on the same place again.

Are you not annoyed by this? The dog pee smells so bad.

we are annoyed when these 2 dogs Sydney and Xander pee on top of each other's pee. their pee however, don't smell bad, because maybe they drink too much so their urine is not very concentrated.

@ridingbet Even if it does not smell a lot, I would be very annoyed.

@LadyDuck we have a floor mop always on stand by if they pee inside the house, but so far, they are trained to pee and poop outside.

Just like our pet baby goat named Nigel. Its always our problem because everytime he's inside the house he just pee anywhere. I wish I could teach goats how to pee in the right place.

@ilocosboy maybe just like training a toddler? you can bring the baby goat/kid out in a certain time, then not offer him water anymore.

right, that chair is only when the dogs have just finished getting their bath and that is where we brush their fur and groom them.
