Have you ever met someone here where whatever you say, they just understand it in a whole new level? When you are only asking, they say you are boasting? When you only want to clarify why they think this way, and they assume you are criticizing? I have had disagreements here before but only because we had different views and opinions on certain matters. That was an intelligent exchange of information though, and this is the entire opposite of it. I never thought I would ever met someone like that here on myLot. Gosh, I think my IQ just dropped. I certainly don't need this negativity in my life.

Yes, we get to meet all kinds of people
But those with twisted mind make the life tougher as you spend more time with them, I once had a colleague who was the same.
We had to tolerate him so bad that the head transferred him to another dept due to the amount of complaints received
I reported him by the way, it was really not good on his part

Yes I know. It is pretty frustrating though. I have met many amazing people here so far and despite our opposite opinions on certain matters, I have learned from them. This is a different thing though. Anyway, thank you for you advice, I just needed to vent.

That happens everywhere and here it is no different but I have found most people pleasant and understanding and that is why I have been on MyLot for so many years.

Just read that... And I'm laughing while reading the exchange, well the one way discussion to be exact. It was a mistake in epic proportions. Plus I got lost when he posted some links to support his claim which is irrelevant to the topic. Calm down @JeeyanDee not worth your time sir/maam

The most annoying part is when he said that your trying to run away to avoid confrontation... I've met and talked to religious police and they don't answer that way. Motawa are so polite.

@Neiltarquin I know! Ugh I was so frustrated beyond belief. That was the first time I have ever experienced such stupidity. I have met quite a few of narrow minded people, but he was a totally different creature with an extremely twisted mind! I'm just really happy that he has been banned now. I just hope he never comes back and spread his negativity here because myLot has become a precious haven for me.

@dollaboy It's ok now. They said he has been banned for the third time already. It was a certain abu hashim. I hope he doesn't come back though

That person your talking about was crazy and spreading hate to a lot of people here. It's sad. I'm glad he was banned and hopefully for good.

I hate negative thinking. But it only makes me more determined to keep pushing for positive energy. I think we all could do with less negative stuff and more ambitious and empowering messages from each other. Strength can be gained from being resolute.

Odd people pop up everywhere, but tend to love the internet for the anonymity it offers. Sorry you had the experience. It's not one I've ever had, thankfully.

You will learn eventually, that some acted like that, but they are really kind and funny (just difficult at times). Then again, some are just too different...

Yes he seems like it. Being banned for the third time, I hope he would never ever come back.
