There are times when when friends, lovers, husband and wife do have misunderstandings such that each person get pissed up for a while. In situations like this the phrase "I am sorry" easily brings normalcy to the relationship but many find it difficult to say it, for me I easily say it when am truly at fault.

Saying sorry is difficult only if we don't know how to prioritize our love to that person.

Yes, saying sorry means a lot to end a dispute! A also say it when I am at fault.
