@yanzalong The body is digesting food as soon as you start eating and then without gap if you try to sleep, you won't get sleep.
As the body is busy digesting food. And it is not recommended.
There is even an old saying, After a meal, walk a while :)

We usually take our dinner at 7pm and kids sleep by nine pm and i go to sleep at 11pm.
