Trolls? Spammers? Anyone?

Are there really trolls and spammers here? If yes, do the administrators able to track them fast? I am not sure if I have met anyone like them here though I did meet some who likes to vent out and spread their negetivity and hate here. Actually, I don't really understand what trolling and spamming means.

Spamming means sending the same message indiscriminately to a lot of internet users.
