do you have mood swings?

Yes, I think that is something all women have to endure. That and a few other symptoms,bloating,cramps,headaches,nausea and they are suposed to have something that will help if you get a Doctors prescription but who wants to medication that might cause more problems then if helps like liver and kidney damage and other stuff. But if you were to ask this of my husband he would probably tell you I'm moody all the time just worse on those days.lol

tend to have "spells" like this too. I get really upset over the stupidest things, and I end crying about them, it's ridiculous, but it's like I can't help it. I've found that keeping a journal and putting my feelings and emotions into it help me to not take out my feelings on the people that I love.

I have mood swings on the best of days, so when I'm having my period they are really intense mood swings..

I think I do sometimes. Maybe cos of the cramps.. I feel irritated at alot of things.
