Beautiful Photo Frame

What a beautiful picture frame I found in Pixabay. It is pretty and it has a feeling of the Victorian Age.
I can image this frame being used for a photo of a young girl dressed in all of her finery.
It looks like, to me, that it could be made easily enough with a plain frame, some scrapbooking paper, some decoupage liquid, some silk flowers of your choice, and maybe a touch of ribbon.
I wonder if you could make money selling these frames?

You would need the right 'market'.....maybe selling them on e-bay or one of those craft sites what is it esty?

I am sure you could if you had the way to make them and by hand would be a real selling point Susan. It sure is lovely.
