This Landline is broken

I'm heading for their office to complain about the recent problem we have on our phone. We have a problem with reception because whether it's inbound or outbound call they can't seem to hear us here. I could have called my brother's house and have the maid do it in their land line since we got the same provider, but they have out going issues with calling their customer service. Or email them about this concern on their website but not sure how fast are they going to address it. It's been a problem for days now. Personally, I don't mind I hate being interrupted since the phone doesn't have an answering machine. But you never know if there's an emergency. What would do? I also want this darn phone replaced besides the modem..

Hello @ridingbet nope mine is Globe. The internet problems were solved when he replace the modem, which I've request repeatedly in the past. The modem we have now has wifi.

@Letranknight2015 that is good to know. for us here, we have the lowest MyDSL plan because we are only 3 at home and besides, it is not 24 hours that we are online.

If something happens like that..I usually send an email to their customer service if still no actions, I will send a mail notice as a proof that I keep on asking for an assistance and if no reply again then I will terminate their services and ruined their websites by bad comments until they give an attention to it

@Letranknight2015 ..No..going there will only give them an idea of doing that to others..It`s not good giving them all the comfort and in return they`ll take advantage of that and keeps giving you a bad service..I also got so many bad services from the GLOBE TELECOM especially with their internet line transfer..They made me suffer so much by transferring me from a variety of people in their customer service and I ended terminating the services..and guess what!! they are asking me to pay a terminating fee..as if they even gave an assistance for the request I made many times and wanted me to pay for it???Are they crazy??

Hello @m_audrey6788 Sometimes I wonder why I didn't do that in the first place because I did it before. But going there was more reassuring that they will take care of it.

we used to have a problem with our pldt landline that even their technicians couldn't troubleshoot. the number we couldn't call (but they can call us) is a combination cellphone and landline. what my cousin did was to delete our number from the contact list, then enter it again and that fixed it.

Hello @hereandthere You could do that in a land line? Well, PLDT had so many problems and it goes way back. My brother once subscribe to them, then he transferred to globe.

@Letranknight2015 because their unit is a cellphone that's also a landline, while ours is just a landline. pldt (and bayantel) is more common in our area.

@Letranknight2015 I learned sdmething one time when my landline did not work. I brought it to a place and then just changed the batteries and it worked and found out that is what I have to do. I got a phone once from our telephone company and it stopped working and brought it to them to fix and they did not fix it so could not use it. I am sorry with all the troubles you had.
