We don't want to extend

The staff from Western Union came by to visit the empty commercial space we have here. We wanted them to have this space since they are stable and strong tenant candidate.
But they have one condition, they want to extend the space, with a vault and restroom. Mom thought it would extend the rear but it would actually right on the middle, affecting the dinner and living room.
My brother was right, there are other tenants out there that can agree to our terms.

Well, it's said in the contact that the land lord should be notified first if there's going to be a major renovation @jobelbojel well, this is major and we don't approved.

That is right, some good tenants will come to survey the space. If its really located in strategic place for business, they will come.
