Are you loyal to your ideals?

Every human being is built on ideals that are as diverse as possible, after all... The world is a pluricultural place. But not all people can keep their ideals alive through life because some things happen and change the whole scenario. How do you see yourself in this situation? Do your ideals change as your life changes (especially in difficult times)?

I grew up with honesty as the backbone of my life. Also with good moral values. Those haven't ever changed.
