Hi, @yanzalong! I've been oil pulling I think since 2014 or 2015. I have already tried different oil: virgin coconut, olive: virgin and pure, sesame, and cooking oil (whenever I don't have budget)
It's like making oil a mouthwash, swish it inside your mouth for at least 20mins. You'll feel cleaner and fresher. They say oil attracts bacteria in our mouth. They are being pulled while we oil pull.
I never had any bad breath anymore when I oil pull.

Wow. You've done that for quite a long time. I just started doing it. Do you feel much better in your health in general?

@yanzalong What I noticed is I no longer have coffee stains on my teeth. When I wasn't oil pulling, I always had so many dark stains.
My dentist said I needed to stop drinking too much coffee, but I can't. She was surprised during my next vist when she didn't find any stains. I said it's because of oil pulling. She didn't react.
