We had a nice supper. Now my bags are packed and I am ready to go tomorrow morning.
On the home front, I still have dishes and a shower to take care of.
The cat will be annoyed, but what else is new?

Enjoy your trip! We sure have been looking forward to the weekend - 2nd weekend since school started for the kids. We're all still getting into the groove of the weekday routine . . . hopefully it all settles down soon (but for the next couple days we RELAX!).

It's a holiday on Monday and it's a long weekend for most employed people here. But that doesn't apply to me. I work on weekends and on Monday I have to go to another city to meet our 20 new recruits.

Dad used to set off M80-s and cherry bombs. . . that is when we had a blast. This visit was pretty quiet.

I live in Kansas and we drove south about four hours to Oklahoma. I visited my dad and my brother and some friends.
