It Has Been A Good Day

I got up at 2:30 this morning, and didn't get my nap until 1. I was ready. I slept a good hour and a half.
I watched the Packers/Broncos on DVR because I was too tired to watch the game last night. Went to church, made dinner in the crock pot. Then when I got up, I worked on an awning for a maintenance man here, and will finish it tomorrow. Ate a really great dinner. I think I might have put too much spice in it, but it was still delicious! Pot roast, onions, and carrots. Watched a movie on my DVR list - Music Man, and now I finished the notifications for the third time today.
I also got a phone call from my oldest. I've been praying for almost a month for this phone call since I blew it when he was here last. God answered my prayers, and I found out I'm going to be a grandmother again, though they are having it confirmed tomorrow. So the expected date is next June. He's planning to get married on October 13. I'm glad he is. His wife to be is a fabulous woman. So now I will have two married children. Two out of three isn't bad.
It's time for me to head to bed. Pool in the morning. You all have a good night/morning wherever you are. I'll be back tomorrow. Thanks for reading.

Thank you. I think he's got the month wrong. It doesn't make sense to me. If he's going to have a baby in June, they would need to be pregnant in September. We're not there yet. We'll know all things when he or she is born.
Yes, I know, remember, I'm going to be there in spirit.
Aaron likes Friday the 13th. He was a Friday the 13th baby - July, and he started going with this woman on the 13th of the month. So they want to get married on that day. We'll see if those plans materialize. Deciding to get married so quickly, might not work the way he's planning.

@FayeHazel I don't know what I'm going to make today. I'm eating a salad right now, minus any dressing for it. I think I'll be skipping the rabbit food in the future.

Sounds like your day went great. Praying that the next time anger wants to shows it's head when you are with your son (and others too) you are able to nip it in the bud before it overtakes you. (And once you nip it and keep it from showing itself examine and see where that root came from so you an repent and pull the roots from your mind. Your son will marvel at the change in you.
