It seems the closer I get to the end of the notifications, the farther behind I get. So I'm calling it quits or I won't be in the pool at 5 in the morning.
I did get a few things accomplished today. I got the awning finished for the maintenance man here and he insisted on paying me. He refused to take no for an answer. So I made a nice $20, though I really don't think I did that much. It only took me four hours total to get it done. I almost felt like giving him an autographed book, but didn't.
I also got some work done on Uncertain Future. It's coming along and I'm finding there's a lot more research than I anticipated for this one. As always, the research is a lot of fun. I'm learning a lot, and I'm getting some help with New York from @DianneN who has spent a lot of time in New York City. In 4 days I've got close to 8000 words and have chapter 3 started.
That was my day. I did take another movie off my DVR while I worked on the awning.

You did get a lot done today. Beings my computer was acting up I did get a lot done around here. I now have two boxes of stuff to take down to be dropped off for people in Texas. It is mostly bedding and towels but hopefully they can use it. I did some cleaning and some writing.

I remember those days when I came home tired from work and not much of anything was done on the home front besides eating and sleeping.

@just4him - It sounds like you had a productive day. I walked at the beach, got some shopping done, ran other errands and did some work on my blog. I think it was also a productive day.

Wow you sound very productive. Maybe it's the early AM exercise. I would much rather be going to bed at 5 AM as a night person :-)

Maybe it was. Today I took a nap after the pool. I remember those days of going to bed in the morning after working a night shift.
