Say Thank You

Do you say "Thank You" to the postman who delivers your letters and packages to your doorstep or your mailbox? Whenever I have the chance to meet the postman, I would definitely make it a point to say "Thank You and have a nice day" to the local postman after I had received letters or packages. I found that a simple "thank you" could make their day happier because less people are willing to say it. This is a token of politeness and appreciation for the postman dedication to his job, sending our important mails on time. Do you know that in the past, a bag of letters were thrown into the drain ? There were rumors of the postman laziness or hatred towards his job, couldn't care less of the public letters. However, there isn't any proof on that news. Remember to say "Thank You" to the postman or courier delivery man. Do you have the habit of thanking them?

I agree with you. Thank you seems to be not given much importance nowadays. People, most especially the young children, should be reminded of this.
