Which veggies is difficult to cut/clean?

Cooking can be done within a short time if all the ingredients and things are available.... today my mum prepared banana flower curry... it is one of my favourite food as it is tasty and healthy too... but the difficult thing is cleaning out the stamen and cutting it... but somehow mum and me did it together and we prepared it... banana flower curry was too good and we enjoyed it ........ Banana flower is the mods difficult to cut. What do you think about cleaning and cutting spinach?And pumpkins?

I think Spinach is little easy for me.... I don't have any idea about pumpkin...coz my mum cuts and cleanse it...

I think it's jack fruit which usually women find it difficult to cut.

You know that's so difficult to clean ..ohh it takes lot of time.when ever my mom prepares that she makes everyone sit and help

.. other wise it will take hours to clean

Yes.... you are right... As a single person,we can't clean it completely...it consumes lot of time...

For me an avacado is hard to cut. When it is hard it will not cut for me.

For me it would be snow peas because you have to take off both ends and pull the stringy part away. But they are delicious.

Sure onion, it's very difficult for me to cut, especially when I have to cut a large amount of it, that is extremely hard, I drown in tears
