Watching the dogs skip by

There is one advantage to the street I live on. Many people walk their dogs right by my apartment. Town is one block away so there are many things they can do there.
Earlier I was sitting here and some people were walking by. They had two dogs and it honestly looked like one of them was skipping. Yes, skipping. He was kind of playing around with the other dog but he sure wasn't walking like other dogs do.
All I can say is it DID look like he was skipping. I had a great laugh over that.

My guess is he stepped on something sticky, maybe peanut butter when he passed by your place
