As job applicants, one of the most common interview questions that we usually encounter is the question: "what do you think is your biggest weakness?" Funny becausw until now, when i think about the question, i am still having a hard time answering it. If you are an applicant and are asked by your prospective employer the question of what is your biggest weakness, what will be your answer?
