Why Are Villains Cooler?

Does anyone else think that villains are made to appear cooler than super heroes? While super heroes are awesome, it seems as if the movies make the villains funnier and cooler.
There are some villains we tend to like as much as their counter parts: Harley Quinn, Dead-Shot (the Will Smith Version), Lokie, The Joker, Winter Soldier (can't decide if he is good or bad), Dead Pool (anti-hero), and Mystique. What makes these bad guys so loveable? 1. They are funny 2. They become psychotic because everyday life because more than they could bear. 3. Their costumes are awesome. 4. Their come backs are way better. 5. Sarcasm becomes their super power.
I know this is not a serious topic, but it is something my family and I always make note of when watching movies.
So what are your thoughts?

Totally agree with ya :D
I am wondering as well why Harley Quinn is extremely great as well as Joker that has super duper character :))

Night King and the whitewalkers are better than all of Westeroos combined.
