Coffee and Instant Coffee

what's the difference? Coffee means pure coffee without additives? In instant coffee, there must be additives that make in instant. If you leave it without tight wrap, it may get hardened, if I am not mistaken.

That makes sense as it is a lot easier to make instant coffee. The water should not be warm, should it?

@yanzalong what i usually do is put the hot water first then stir it. Then put warm water.

I never had pure coffee, i always use instant coffee only... very lazy me

I guess you dont have to brew instant. I have always found instant to taste gross.
