How many calories in a marshmallow?

I bought some marshmallows the other day and got to wondering how many calories in a marshmallow. I mean, they're mostly air, right? So I looked it up. There are 2 calories in a mini marshmallow and 23 in a regular marshmallow. Guess how many of those are nutritious calories. Zero. When you think of marshmallows, what do you think of first?

The marshmallows are just a kind of sweet snack for me. When I eat something, I always don't pay attention to the calories.
