I posted about the cold that wouldn't stop. My daughter had initially said I'd "shared" it with her, but it turned out she had strep throat and an ear infection (weird, because she never had ear infections as a child, although we had strep several times each year). Her doctor put her on antibiotics as mine did and by last night, she was running around playing with her dog. She went back to work today. I started feeling better by Friday, so the antibiotics did handle a lot of what we were dealing with. Mine was also bronchitis. Antibiotics don't do anything for viruses. We both still have lingering symptoms, but it's great being able to breathe again. I just have to get rid of the crap in my lungs. Still, it's good to feel good enough to accomplish something. I made myself a cheeseburger for supper, but I plan to make our favorite Green Beans and Meat tomorrow. Real food. Looking forward to it.

Hey, cheeseburgers are real food too lol. Glad you're feeling better. Sadly Ear infections like every other medical thing can happen to anyone, at any age

Yes, they are - tasty real food. Made the green beans and meat today (ground beef, French style beans and tomato sauce) and cooked some tater tots to go with. I've been light headed, so I turned the fire down really low and let it cook slowly. That way I could sit down.

@Courtlynn So do I. I almost blacked out upstairs and had to quickly bend over and squat to regain composure. I'll have to look at my meds and see if there are side effects that maybe didn't happen before.

The bronchitis kind of scares me because that's what my mother was diagnosed with frequently before they finally diagnosed emphysema. Because I grew up with everyone in my family smoking, I would like to know it will go away and never come back.
