Niume is a paid to write site that is about a year old, after they changed the server they got hacked and could never recover. It was announced that they will close October 2nd. and that if you want to save your content to come get it. When they stopped paying I stopped writing there and I did remove all but a couple articles. I did like the layout of the site and I did make good money there with articles but some just has to abuse the system and ruin it for all. Sad to see it go and not recover. Now blogjob is still around but not paying and trying to recover from the same thing, being hacked. It was also a good place to write and it was ran by points and you were allowed so many per day, that I liked because I could work there and many other places to make money online.

This reminds me of Bubblews, one of the best writing paying sites that I've joined. Sad the the site didn't last long

@andriaperry it is good that Niume announced their closing. That was kind of them to let the writers download their writings.

It was a nice site, though I had never done anything on there. Sorry to hear it is gone.

I would like to say that I expected it. But to be honest ... I really didn't expect it. Of course, every time one of these sites makes that announcement, the lyrics from that Queen song immediately comes to mind.

Yes, another bites the dust. I saw it coming so I stopped writing there. I didn´t remove my posts but I have backed up it all when I was still in the Philippines a few months ago. Sad but we have experienced it a lot Andria.

Never heard of it, but it seems that a lot of these types of sites are going under.
